Connect to POSitive
POSitive connects to external services through a documented API: a website receives the menu and submits orders, a payment provider reports payments, a delivery service receives courier requests. Access is granted with keys that can be revoked.
- Public API with idempotency and signed requests
- Demo access for technical review — on request
- One key per venue, revoked in one click

Who we work with
Delivery services
Book a courier straight from the register: price quotation, create and cancel a delivery, status back into the order card. How it works today and what integration adds is on the Delivery and couriers page.
Delivery and couriers →Aggregators and marketplaces
The menu is served with the current stop-list, the order lands in the register, the kitchen prints its ticket and stock is deducted. This is how orders from our venues’ own websites already work.
Payment providers
A payment taken on the storefront is reported to POSitive and mapped to the venue’s payment method. Works with card payments and QR.
Storefront developers
A contract, a sandbox and a live example: menu, modifiers, vouchers, order statuses and the callback channel to the guest.
Storefront contract →Website order intake in daily operation
The website receives the menu with the stop-list applied, the order reaches the manager’s tablet, the kitchen gets a ticket and the guest sees the order status. This is how orders work in our venues every day, and the same flow can be connected to a delivery service.
- Idempotency: resubmitting an order with the same key never creates a duplicate
- Callbacks to the source are HMAC-SHA256 signed, with retries on exponential backoff
- Callback channel: order status flows back to the source — accepted, cooking, handed to courier
- Audit log: every change to an order is recorded with author and timestamp
- Keys are server-side secrets: never in storefront code, revocation is immediate

Need access for a technical review?
We open a demo venue with a real menu and data, issue a sandbox key and answer technical questions — usually the same day.
