In many POS systems inventory, staff and long-period reports are paid add-ons. In POSitive they come inside the bundles, and registers and employees are not billed separately.

Is there a free period?
Yes: 14 days with every module, no card required. You open the account yourself in a minute.
Why are the prices lower than other systems?
POSitive is developed in our own restaurants, and we sell only the software: no mandatory hardware and no fees per register or per person. It runs on an ordinary Android tablet and an ordinary receipt printer. The register and Plus install from a direct link, with no app store and no store share of the subscription — here is why.
What happens if payment is late?
The register does not shut down mid-service. For the first week after the due date a reminder is shown. Then the back office opens only the payment screen — the register keeps working. Work is suspended entirely only after two weeks. Data is never deleted at any stage.
Can I start with Register and add inventory later?
Yes, at any time — as a module or by switching bundles. Inventory tracking is also switched on product by product: you can start with the bar or a dozen expensive items. A module can be switched off too — the data stays.
How much is a second venue?
The same: the subscription is per venue, and the set of modules is shared by the whole account. Group reports and a shared team cost nothing extra. For a group or franchise of five or more venues we quote separately — write to us.
