Staff management: timesheet and payroll
Who is at work, hours and late arrivals, rates, accruals and deductions, payroll sheets.
A separate module. It answers the questions “who is working today”, “how many hours over the period” and “how much to pay this person”.

Timesheet
For each employee over the period: days, hours, overtime, late arrivals. Clocking in is done at the register — so the register and the timesheet show the same thing.
Rates
- per day;
- per month;
- per hour of overtime.
Plus deductions, if they apply in your country.
Payroll sheet
Accrued, deducted, to be paid, status and payment date. The figures on the payroll sheet are the same ones the employee sees on their own payslip: nothing to argue about.
Who is at work
The screen shows who has opened a shift and who is late, across all venues at once. It is also available in “Plus”.
Link to sales
Next to a person's hours you see their sales and average receipt — this helps count not “who sat there longest” but “who brought in how much”.
