Subscription and modules
Which modules there are, how to turn them on and off, what happens when payment is overdue and where to see limits.
The subscription is counted per venue. The register is always included, everything else comes as modules.
Modules
| Module | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Till and sales | Register, shifts, receipts, tables, printing, discounts, sales reports, control, permissions. Always on |
| Inventory and food cost | Ingredients, recipes, receipts, write-offs, stock counts, food cost |
| Online orders | Taking orders from the website and aggregators, chat with the guest, integration keys |
| Kitchen display | The dish queue on the cook’s tablet |
| Staff and payroll | Timesheet, lateness, pay, payslips |
| Invoice recognition | A photo of an invoice turns into a receipt; counted by the number of photos per month |
| Venue website | A website with the menu and a shop window, quick access to the website admin |
Turning modules on and off
A module is turned on and off on request. Turning it off does not delete data — it closes access. Turn it back on: recipes, balances and history are all there.
Free trial
A new account works 14 days for free with all modules — no card is needed to sign up. How to create an account — see Sign-up and free trial.
What happens when payment is overdue
The overdue process is gentle, in three stages — so that a restaurant does not stop at lunchtime because of an expired card:
| When | What works |
|---|---|
| The period has ended | Everything works, a reminder is shown in the back office |
| After 7 days | The back office opens only the payment screen. The register keeps working |
| After 14 days | Work is suspended entirely |
Data is not deleted at any stage. Payment lifts the restrictions immediately, with no waiting.
Limits
For modules with a counter (for example, invoice recognition) you can see how much has been used this month.
