Tasks and breakdowns
How the admin creates a task with a photo, how it reaches the owner translated and where it is visible.
The fridge broke, napkins ran out, the air conditioning in the dining room does not work — all of this used to live in spoken requests and got lost by the next shift.
How a task is created
- The admin opens tasks in the register panel.
- Takes a photo of the problem.
- Writes a description in their own language — Thai, English, Russian.
- The task appears for the owner in “Plus”, translated.
What happens next
Tasks live as cards on a board: columns, drag and drop, comments. A task is closed with the “Done” button — and stays in the history instead of disappearing.
The owner gets important things in Telegram if notifications are connected — see Tablets, lamps and notifications.
Why this works better than a messenger
In a group chat a task sinks within an hour: invoice photos, shift questions and guest conversations pile on top. A card does not sink — it stays until it is closed, and you can see how long it has been there.
“The tap is broken” means five follow-up questions. A photo of the tap means none.
