Chats

All of your venues’ conversations in one place: with guests about their orders and between the managers of different venues. Automatic translation works the same way as at the register.

The owner needs this not to answer on the manager’s behalf, but to see how staff talk to guests — especially in disputed orders.

Boards

Tasks and breakdowns as cards, like on a familiar board: columns, drag and drop, comments, photos.

The manager takes a photo of the breakdown and writes in their own language — the owner receives a card with a translation. It is closed with the “Done” button.

Vouchers and promotions

You can see how many codes were issued and redeemed, and for what amount — to understand whether a promotion worked without opening the back office.
