The “Today” screen

Revenue rings, receipts and average receipt, the event feed and a quick jump into a venue.

The first screen of the app. It answers the question “what is happening right now”.

Rings

Revenue, number of receipts and average receipt — for the whole chain and for each venue. Tapping a ring opens the sales summary: what the total is made of, how much went on discounts, vouchers and refunds, what the cost of goods and gross profit came to.

Event feed

What happened during the day:

• a shift was closed;
• a large receipt went through;
• a refund was made;
• a big discount was given;
• an item went on the stop list;
• a website order has been waiting for acceptance longer than usual.

The feed answers the question “should I step in” without opening reports.

Venues

Below are blocks for each venue with its numbers and quick links: stop list, guests, website orders, who is at work.
