Ordering from a neighbour
When a guest orders dishes from the neighbouring venue: printing to the right kitchen, money and mutual settlement.
Two venues work side by side — in the same courtyard, in the same food court. The guest is sitting at your place but wants a dish from the neighbouring menu. This used to be handled with words and notes; now — with the register.
How to place it
The neighbouring venue’s menu is available in the order. Choose a dish — it is added to the same receipt, and the ticket prints in the neighbour’s kitchen.
Money
The guest pays you in full, with one receipt. The system splits it:
- your revenue — your dishes;
- debt to the neighbour — their dishes.
The Z report shows how the guest paid for the neighbour’s dishes: in cash or by card. This matters, because you will have to settle with the neighbour in real money.
Mutual settlement
Debts accumulate and are shown on a separate screen: who owes whom, for what and since which day. Once you have settled up, the operation is closed and the history stays.
Discounts
A discount on a shared receipt is split between the venues proportionally: the neighbour should not lose money from your promotion — and vice versa.
Chat between venues
You can agree on a substitution or warn about a stop right from the register — the chat between venues works the same way as the chat with a guest, with translation into the other person’s language.
